Objectives:
1.Schooling guidance:
- 1. For selection, screening and individual enrolment and other higher education channels, find out about the schooling and training situation of outstanding athletes. Issue 750 questionaries and interview 90 people.

Provide life care, schoolwork guidance and tuition and other expenses subsidy, subsidized tuition fee, living expenses and schoolwork guidance to an estimated 15,900 basic level athletes; and to an estimated 2,410 sports high school and university and college level athletes; provide schoolwork guidance to 1,070 athletes at the National Training Center.

- 3. Sports science and sports medicine support: subsidize employment of sports trainers by schools; an estimated 305,000 students will benefit

2.Employment support:
- 1. Provide guidance and matching for work as fulltime sports coaches, carry out 75 careers consulting, employment guidance and other activities; provide diverse employment channels for 18 sports; continue to guide and subsidize the employment of 300-500 sports coaches by schools.

- 2. Promote the employment of outstanding athletes by civil groups; employing a total of 30 outstanding athletes.

- 3. Promote employment of sports instructors by enterprises; match the employment of 410 sports related persons.

- 4. Support the nurturing of sports industry talent, commission or subsidize the establishment of nine sports industry talent competence criteria

- 5. Provide credit guarantee, interest allowance and entrepreneurship assistance, guide at least 90 sports service operators.

- 6. Give priority listing as Sports Lotter distributors; carry out 67 training sessions for distributors including 14,690 persons.
3.Incentive measures:
- 1. Guoguang Medal classification system, providing scholarships to athletes who perform outstandingly at the Asian Games and Olympics.

- 2. Directions for Rewarding Successful Mentally and Physically Impaired Athletes and Their Coaches, awarding scholarships to athletes that perform outstandingly at the Paralympics and other international events.

Incentive measures: Implement the Directions for the Award of the Guoguong Sports Medal and Scholarships, Directions for Rewarding Successful Coaches and Directions for Rewarding Successful Mentally and Physically Impaired Athletes and Their Coaches to provide incentives for outstanding athletes and coaches; the required funding is around NT$ 1.57840 billion.
