Objectives:
1.Build high quality and friendly sports venues and facilities
- (1)Improve area sports venues to bring them to international level, 20 venues/cases.
- (2)Build a friendly leisure sports environment, 180 cases

2.Build friendly cycle paths
- (1)Establish cycle paths at sport and leisure parks or scenic areas, 10 paths
- (2)Optimize existing cycle paths, 400 kilometers

3.Improve water sports venues and basic facilities, 15 places
Implementation strategy and promotion focuses
1.Build high quality and friendly sports venues and facilities
- (1)Improve area sports venues to bring them to international level

- a.Stocktake Taiwan’s enterprise leagues with promotion potential and gradually develop professional sports such as football, softball and professional baseball.

- b.Subsidize the construction and renovation of necessary sport venues and facilities by local governments, such as competition venues, training venues, necessary competition space and business operation space.

- c.Establish competition or training equipment of international standard and provide it for the holding of international and national competitions, professional competitions, enterprise leagues and sports competitions at every level and for the training of athletes at ordinary times.
(2)Build a friendly leisure sports environment
- a.Optimize the sport environment for the elderly, mentally and physically impaired or disabled and women, ensuring equal sports rights for all groups.

- b.Improve all types of indoor sports venue regularly used by the public such as basketball courts, volleyball courts, tennis courts, swimming pools, hockey courts, all weather basketball courts and their attached spaces such as showers, toilets etc. to give people good use quality.
2.Build friendly cycle paths
- (1)Combine scenic spots and sports parks to establish themed cycle paths that become classic cycle paths
- (2)Optimize existing cycle paths; through adding to, extending or improving existing cycling paths, improving infrastructure and facilities that were not sufficiently user friendly or had safety concerns.
3.Improve water sports basic facilities
- (1)Improve water sports basic facilities, such as integrated boat houses, floating docks and intensive training environment.
- (2)Purchase equipment needed for competition training, citizen experience, sports events, education and promotion and water safety.
