Sports Administration Encourages Enterprises to Hire Outstanding Student Athletes
The Sports Administration has commissioned National Taiwan University to design an "enterprise recruitment of outstanding student athletes matching platform" to assist businesses recruit talented personnel and offer greater employment opportunities to former athletes. Universities nationwide have submitted recommendations for this year's graduating class. Following an extensive screening process the academic and sports achievements of 82 outstanding student athletes from 36 public and private universities (including science and technology universities) have been forwarded to enterprises for employment consideration. The online matching platform will be set up and functioning online by the second quarter of 2016, making it easier for enterprises to connect with outstanding student athletes.
MACHVISION Inc. is leading the way for enterprises to actively recruit outstanding student athletes. These promotional efforts have received widespread support across the board from government agencies and universities to the enterprises involved in recruitment. The "1st MACHVISION Badminton Championships" represents the first round of this promotional strategy. We hope this activity will inspire other enterprises who love sports like billiards, basketball, baseball, and golf to sponsor these kinds of "enterprise cup" sports competitions. These efforts will help publicize the New Pathways for Student Athletes promotional activity, benefiting enterprises and opening up new employment opportunities for outstanding student athletes. Actively growing partnerships between the business and sports communities will advance the development of a healthy and prosperous society.

體育署推動企業進用績優運動生
教育部體育署為了協助活力企業找到績優運動生，並讓績優運動生有新的就業選擇，委請國立臺灣大學規劃「企業進用績優運動生媒合平台」。目前已請各校推薦優秀的應屆畢業生，經過篩選後彙整了36所公、私立大學(含科技大學)，計有82位優秀學生運動選手的學、經歷提供企業參考，網站媒合平台預計於105年第2季上線，讓活力企業尋找績優運動生能有更便利的管道。
牧德科技願意帶頭推動企業雇用績優運動生；推廣過程中體育署、各體育相關之大專院校及無數接觸到的企業團體均視此為美事，並熱烈響應。第一屆「牧德盃企業羽球排名賽」是推廣過程的一環，希望藉此拋磚引玉，日後有愛好桌球、籃球、棒球、高爾夫球等之企業，亦可舉辦各類企業盃的賽事，讓企業雇用績優運動生的活動廣被宣揚，達到企業獲益及績優運動生有更多的出路，進而促進工商企業界及體育運動界多贏的健康富庶社會。

National Shooting Training Center ‒ Kungshi Shooting Range Public Artwork Installation Plan Implementation Committee Holds First Artwork Review
The sports community eagerly awaits the completion of the National Shooting Training Center Kungshi Shooting Range. The topping out ceremony was held on September 23, 2015 and completion of construction is scheduled for 2016.
In accordance with the Regulations Governing the Installation of Public Artwork, the National Shooting Training Center Kungshi Shooting Range will have a public artwork installation at this site. Following a selection process, the artwork Aim • Accuracy has been chosen with the artist's creation composed of multiple components and installed in the plaza at the main entrance of the training facility. The design of Aim • Accuracy reflects the abstract theme of the architecture and captures the intense concentration of the shooter's expression and posture, deeply focused and confident in that split moment just prior to the release of the trigger. The brute force and inner peace and the diversity and specialization of shooting sport fully imbued within this artwork.
The public artwork installation plan implementation committee held the first artwork review session on January 7, 2016. As of now, over 50% of this public artwork installation has been completed and efforts will continue to create an aesthetically vibrant environment. We anticipate that the artwork at this shooting range will elevate the image of sports in our nation and become an inspirational spectacle for the National Shooting Training Center.

「國家射擊訓練基地-公西靶場工程」 公共藝術設置計畫執行小組辦理第一次作品製作勘驗
體育界引頸期待的國家射擊訓練基地-公西靶場工程，已於104年9月23日舉行上梁典禮，整體工程預計於105年全部完工。
本工程依據「公共藝術設置辦法」規定設置公共藝術，本公共藝術設置計畫經甄選作品為《瞄•準》，創作藝術家以一組多件的公共藝術作品設置在建築物正門前的帶狀廣場，以具象的藝術形式對應抽象的建築語彙，《瞄•準》刻畫出射擊時的表情神態，以凝結瞬間的動態姿勢，散發出射擊者在瞄準發射時沉穩的氛圍及自信，剛柔並濟地突顯了射擊運動之多元性及專注性。
配合工程施工期程，本公共藝術設置計畫執行小組依契約規定於105年1月7日辦理第一次作品製作勘驗，目前進度已逾50%，未來並期盼透過公共藝術活絡環境美感，藉由公共藝術形塑靶場的國家體育形象，成為我國國家級射擊運動設施的耀眼之作。
